Amager Engineering has been active since 1 January 2017.

I am an installation engineer with 12 years’ experience as product specialist for the electrical and automation in the process industry and before that 5 years’ experience as a service electrician for housing and industrial work.

I have a wide experience in several plc and HMI brands.

I am involved from A to Z in the making of a machine: From the early stages when the machine specifics are discussed, presenting my ideas as to the best machine functionalities and possibilities, to the development of the automation part of the machine and finally to the commissioning of the machine.

Also, trouble-shooting on site has been one of the major facts to learn the needs for the machine but also listen to the daily users or operators of the machine.

A big knowledge in documentation was included in my earlier work:

  • Block diagram – which gave a good overview of the different in and output for the equipment.
  • The wiring diagrams combined with a detailed assembly list for the panel builder to purchase the exact parts.
  • Operator manuals has been a very important document since this explained the end user how the machine could be operated, how alarms could be red, signals could be trended.

 

Amager Engineering has a very good and close partners which consist of proficient technical drawing manufacturer, a, experienced programmer and last a electrical panel manufacturer which resides in the Northern part of Zealand.
